Other Fees & Charges

Students joining the Students’ Union are required to pay an initial entry fee and thereafter an annual subscription. These fees are set by the Union and collected by the University on behalf of the Union. The entry fee, applicable to students admitted for the first time, is $100 and the annual subscription is $100.

Non-local students are required to hold a valid student visa/ entry permit or appropriate visa to study in Hong Kong. Current students can apply for their visa/ entry permit through the University, and Academic Registry can act as sponsor for the applications. A fee of HK$550/HK$330 will be charged for academic year of 2021-22.
