Examination Timetable and Venues

• The final examination periods for academic year of 2020-21 are
  
  Fall 2020-21 : from 10 to 22 December 2020
  
  Spring 2020-21 (in ONLINE PROCTORED mode): from 15 to 28 May 2021
   

• You can get your personalised examination schedule after the exam timetable is announced via the 'Student Information System' and following these paths:
  
  Enroll > Term Information > View my exam schedule > Select Term > Select Display Option.
  
  Please check your examination schedule again nearer the time of the examination in case there are further updates.
   

• Final examination schedules of individual courses can be found under the webpage of Final Examination Schedule. For changes made since the announcement of the Final Examination Timetable, please refer to the 'Summary of Changes' of the same webpage.

Classrooms and lecture theatres

Seat number labels will be affixed on alternate seats or writing desks according to the layout plan posted at the entrance of the lecture theatres and classrooms. Students should only take the seats that have been labeled.

Special Venues

The Tin Ka Ping Hall as well as a number of sports venues inside the Indoor Sports Complex will be set up temporarily as exam venues during the final exam period.  As some of the usual passageway will be blocked after setting up the exam venues, students should check out the exact location of these venues and how to get there before the final exams.
